I joined in 2013 as a Junior Business Analyst in the IT department. My first project was the introduction of tablets to stores and I gained some great experience. I went on to apply to the Graduate Programme so I could get exposure to the rest of the business. I joined the Books Buying team – but buying wasn’t for me. So I took a Project Manager role in Space & Format in 2015 and I haven’t looked back. I’ve been involved in big strategic projects: introducing Mental Health Awareness within the workplace and Western Union money transfer facilities into around 300 stores. I get great support from my manager and my confidence has grown. I love the variety and working with different functions.
