Pay and Reward


We make sure our pay rates are competitive and compliant with country legislation. One of the ways we do this is by reviewing them annually on the 1st April.


We automatically enrol all eligible job holders into our pension scheme (unless you are already an active member of such a scheme). You are eligible if you are working, or ordinarily work in the UK, are at least 22 years of age, and below state pension age, and earning more than the stipulated minimum criteria.

If you’re a non-eligible job holder, you won’t be enrolled in the scheme automatically – but you’ll have the chance to join if you want to.

We say thank you to our longest-serving employees with a gift of their choice (up to a set value).


Based on the contribution made by individuals and our wider financial performance, we pay bonuses annually to our Head Office and Store management teams.
