WHSprint, our 27-month Graduate Programme is designed for driven, passionate post-graduates who are looking to fast track their career with a leading global travel retailer.
Throughout the programme, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of roles and experiences, enabling you to build a well-rounded skill set to support your career growth. You’ll develop a diverse range of skills, uncover your strengths, and explore areas that interest you. All of this is designed to prepare you for a future role with us that aligns with your career goals
We offer two WHSprint Graduate Programmes: the Business Graduate Programme and the IT Graduate Programme
WHSprint Business Graduate Programme
Throughout our WHSprint Business Graduate Programme you will complete four six-month rotations, across four divisions of our business (Group, High Street, International and Travel) gaining hands-on experience in our core business areas contributing to impactful projects and learning along the way.
WHSprint IT Graduate Programme
If you are looking to join our WHSprint IT Programme you will complete four rotations, across four departments within the Information Technology (IT) function. (Delivery, Service, Information Security and Architecture).

We will shortlist candidates - If successful you will be invited to create a candidate profile

Talent Acquisition Screening - Candidates through to the next stage will be contacted by a member of the Talent Acquisition team. They will discuss more about the programme with you and this will be your chance to tell us more about you and why you want to join our Graduate Programme

Assessment Centre - If successful in the screening you will be invited to attend our Graduate Assessment Centre. This is where you will be able to show us whether you've got what it takes

Now I am reaching the final year of the graduate programme I am excited to see my knowledge and experience within buying grow even further. I have worked closely with my team to produce a development plan to bridge the gaps in my training to aid my progression into a permanent role in the future.
