This role is about making the store a success by being the key player in delivering a seamless store operation, ensuring stock availability, and supporting the team in providing great service. What being an InMotion Support Assistant is all about:
  • Operational Excellence: Supporting daily operations by managing incoming deliveries, processing stock, and ensuring smooth warehouse-to-shelf transitions.
  • Stock Powerhouse: Taking ownership of replenishment to ensure shelves are well-stocked, allowing the team to focus on providing outstanding service.
  • Brand Ambassador: Representing the InMotion brand by maintaining high store standards, ensuring the customer experiences a clean, ticketed, and tidy store at all times.
  • Service Support: Actively assisting the team and customers by being approachable and efficient, helping to reduce wait times and keep the store flow moving.
  • Safety First: Taking responsibility for your own safety and that of others by following all Health & Safety guidelines, ensuring your training and stock handling techniques are up to date.
  • Proactive Learning: Staying informed on new product launches and business communications to better support the team and handle stock with care and expertise.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Sharing ideas and feedback openly with your team and manager to foster an environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
  • Flexibility: Adapting to the needs of the business by working collaboratively as part of the wider Terminal 3 team, handling a variety of tasks from deliveries to floor support.
  • Ownership of Growth: Seeking opportunities to learn, setting development goals with your line manager, and embracing feedback to enhance operational performance. Role Details:
    • Location: Heathrow Airport, Terminal 3 (Airside)
    • Contract: 24 Hours Per Week – Permanent
    • Shift Pattern: Fully Flexible (Rotational shifts between 05:00 and 22:00)
Airport Requirements:
  • 5 years continuous references: To gain an airport pass you will need to provide 5 years’ worth of either employment or education references without any gaps.
  • Criminal Records Bureau Check: To be completed by WHSmith if your application is successful.
  • Photographic ID: i.e. Passport or UK Driving Licence.
  • Fully Flexible: Ability to work a rotational shift pattern between 05:00 and 22:00 in Terminal 3.
