Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, enjoy working with customers, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee and specialty beverages

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately

• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and café area

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Assist with stock rotation and basic food preparation if required

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills & Requirements

• Previous barista or café experience preferred (training can be provided)

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Flexible availability, including weekends

• Knowledge of coffee and milk texturing is an advantage
