We now have an exciting opportunity for a Design Executive to join our Brand Design team at our Support Centre in Swindon.

The main purpose of a Design Executive is to manage and support the production and delivery of in-store navigational POS materials. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial concept, art working, print and final delivery and installation in stores.

(Please note, this is not a Designer role; you will not be responsible for any design or artwork)

What you will be doing

• Supporting the Design Manager in the delivery of marketing creative solutions in keeping with Brand Standards
• Receiving briefs from Buyers (Travel Sector and International Sector) and provide stores with what is needed/requested
• Liaising with stakeholders, to unsure correct information received and everyone aware of stages the projects is at to avoid any ambiguity
• Briefing designers and artworkers, ensuring the creative and brand approval process is followed
• Setting up and managing workload to deliver all projects within budget and on time, ensuring stakeholders are kept abreast of all developments
• Ensuring approved designs are followed through from mock-up to final artwork

What we are looking for

• Campaign management experience gained within a design, marketing, advertising, photography, artwork or print environment (in-house or agency considered)
• Excellent project management skills, including: effective organisation and planning with high levels of attention to detail
• Highly developed communication and relationship building abilities
• Self starter with initiative to get things done efficiently, accurately and to tight deadlines
• Ability to manage a high volume of workload at different stages within the process, organised and able to work under pressure
• Good working knowledge of PC Microsoft including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
