We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team based in Swindon. The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the end-to-end execution of email activity, to include the briefing of designers, creation of marketing copy, email building and performance monitoring. Sitting within the exciting and fast-paced Digital Marketing Team and supporting the Senior CRM Manager, it presents a fantastic opportunity to be creative, make impactful decisions, and develop a range of marketing skills across all digital channels.

What you will be doing:

  • Reporting to our Senior CRM manager to deliver our email marketing strategy.
  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Team with the delivery of marketing activations across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliate marketing.
  • Developing best-in-class email campaigns that resonate with our target audience and represent our brand values.
  • Owning the email critical path, setting deadlines for creative and ensuring relevant parties are communicated to and kept to timelines.
  • Responsible for the creation of campaigns, including briefing, building, proofing, and personalising.
  • Carrying out routine A/B testing and share findings with the wider team to ensure relevant stakeholders know standards as they evolve.
  • Monitoring email performance and trends across all key metrics and support CRM Manager in providing weekly reporting and insight.
  • Collaborating with our trading, content, and design teams to ensure the customer experience is consistent, optimised and engaging.
  • Monitoring industry best practices, competitor activity and the latest consumer trends to help guide future campaign initiatives.
  • Participating in campaign planning sessions, pitching ideas for our key seasonal events, such as Christmas and Back to School and supporting in the creation of our marketing calendar.
  • Aiding on delivery of multi-channel campaigns, customer retention across external media, and new initiatives for the wider marketing team as required.

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally you'll have 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Highly organised and proactive and an excellent communicator
  • Commercially minded and driven with an exceptional eye for detail
  • CRM experience preferable
