Job Overview
The Role

The main purpose of this role is managing the day to day delivery of marketing including printed POS and digital advertising screen materials to Travel stores, most specifically InMotion and CE categories, in the UK and internationally.
What you'll do
- Manage the InMotion Customer Plan and be the custodian of delivering that plan / new launches to stores in all International markets
- Liaise with the Trading Teams regarding POS/Digital requirements and deadlines for all stores .
- Working directly with marketing teams to coordinate and manage promotional launch campaigns for new products as part of the customer and trade plan
- Design and deliver campaigns and cycles in line with critical path and budget.
- Write the Marketing briefs for the Point Of Sale (POS) artwork and printing production, and write the briefs for Digital screens (including animations where appropriate).
- Work closely with the studio, who take your brief through to artworking, and work closely with printers on the correct store distribution of POS, and our Screen content suppliers on accurate broadcast of digital content.
- Review all artworks for accuracy and adherence to brand standards across our different brands, and feedback on amends as required, prior to final artwork approval by senior stakeholders at weekly creative review.
- Obtain cost estimates from the printers and secure cost approval for each job.
- Provide stores with WGLL packs for cycle and campaign implementation
- Ensure all key milestones and deadlines are met so all jobs land in store on time, whilst managing multiple jobs at any given time, of varying size, complexity, brand, and country.
- Work with brands to ensure promotional campaigns align with ours and that there is the adjacent opportunity for marketing execution to support this
- Be the go-to for Trade actions and work at pace to deliver within week, reporting back once complete to appropriate stakeholders.
Who you are
- You’ll come from a background of dealing with in-store POS / Digital Visual Marketing
- You’ll be familiar with using Excel to create sometimes complex briefs
- You’ll enjoy working with creative artworking teams
- Getting it right first time, with great attention to detail, is a key strength of yours
- The ability to multi-task comes naturally to you, including the workload and performance of your direct report
- You’re happy working at pace and delivering to tight deadlines
- You’re a great communicator at all levels of seniority
