International Payroll Specialist
Based: Swindon or London

We now have an exciting opportunity for a International Payroll Specialist to join our Group People team.
The main purpose of a International Payroll Specialist is to ensure all International Payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.
What you will be doing
Effectively managing the company payrolls across EMEA
Compiling, preparing, processing and inputting payroll information to produce timely and accurate payments along with Outsources Payroll Company and local in country partners
Managing the end-to-end weekly, monthly and year-end payroll process in a timely and accurate manner
Resolution of escalated payroll queries and issues
Developing and improving payroll procedures, processes and systems
Having awareness of changes to current payroll legislation in order to advise the business on necessary changes
Administering the international Expense platform
What we are looking for
Previous experience in international payroll administration, preferably in a multinational environment
An in-depth knowledge of European payroll and tax legislation and practices
CIPP qualified (desirable)
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of multiple payroll platforms
