Junior Display Planner

Based; Swindon (with hybrid working)

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Display Planner to join our High Street Display Planning team at our Support Centre in Swindon. 

The role of a Junior Display Planner is to create and deliver detailed planograms and merchandising instructions for promotional space for all High Street stores. This is a pivotal role, working across all areas of the business, and would suit someone with a fantastic eye for detail who can communicate at all levels. In addition, you will provide support to the Display Planning team where necessary.

What you will be doing:

• Creation of visually impactful and profitable planograms, working alongside the Buyer
• Production of stock demo reports for Merchandising teams
• Manage product ranging via our Display Planning system
• Ensure planogram processes are delivered in line with critical path timings
• Management of the store Off-Fixture excel data-base (FSDU Generator)
• Providing support across the Display Planning Team as required

What we are looking for:

• Strong retail experience, with in-store experience of building displays
• PC literate, confident with Excel and Microsoft packages
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of integrity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• Well organised with the ability to manage own workload
• Remains calm in a fast-paced environment working to tight deadlines
• Enthusiastic in working as part of a small very focused team
