We now have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Administrator to join our High Street Central Admin Team at our Support Centre in Swindon for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The main purpose of a Lead Administrator is to ensure the Central Admin Team delivers right first time on pricing and promotional initiatives that support our store colleagues in delivering our business goals.
The Central Admin Team are the backbone of the business, from setting up new lines, to pushing through all the pricing and promotions; the team is integral to making our stores a success. You will be the proactive leader of this team delivering success.
What you will be doing
- You’ll be the expert on Admin processes, ensuring processes are followed and actions are completed on time coordinating between different functions
- Liaising with Central Trade Planning and Operations to plan and prepare for upcoming store activity
- Managing the day to day workload of the Central Admin Team including prioritising and allocating workload where needed
- You will form part of the Central Admin Team and report into the Supplier Engagement and Commercial Process Manager
- Constantly reviewing admin processes and identify new potential efficiencies to drive performance including documenting new ways of working
What we are looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive personality with the ability to communicate across business levels
- Managed or led a team previously
- Highly planned with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to translate business needs from simple briefs
- Retail or Admin experience desirable
