At WHSmith Travel, we’re on the lookout for a passionate, driven leader to join us on this exciting new chapter of Travel. You’ll lead a portfolio of stores across multiple formats—including our Airports to Rail or your local Hospital across the UK, You will be driving performance, inspiring teams, and delivering operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop Multi-Site Store Managers / Stores to deliver exceptional results, driving commercial success and elevating customer experience.
• Drive commercial performance and customer experience across your district or Cluster.
• Champion a culture of coaching and development, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Use data to make smart decisions and influence positive change. Leading and coaching Managers to deliver exceptional results.

• Embrace diversity, fostering inclusive environments where wellbeing is prioritised. Your Authenticity, Empathy, and integrity.

• Support future business growth by maintaining excellent relationships with landlords, ensuring open communication, clear expectations, and mutual respect.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in multi-site / area retail leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and people management skills.
• A passion for customer experience and operational excellence
• The ability to lead through change with confidence and clarity
• Excellent communication and coaching capabilities
