What You’ll Be Doing• Analyse performance data to shape category ranges and improve customer choice• Build and update planograms using our in-house systems• Conduct sales analysis, trend reporting, and micro space reviews• Partner closely with Trading, Merchandising and Operations teams• Manage range and store grading to ensure the right products land in the right stores• Prepare accurate planograms for new and refitted store openings• Stay informed on competitor ranges and visual display techniques

What We’re Looking For• Ideally experience in visual merchandising or space planning• Retail experience involving planograms is also highly valued• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables / VLOOKUPs)• High numeracy and confidence analysing large datasets• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills• Commercially minded with the ability to interpret market insights• Confident communicator with influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
