The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Store Planning Executive to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in designing and optimising store layouts to enhance customer experience and maximise sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver store layout plans for new openings, refurbishments, and relocations

• Collaborate with internal teams including Buying, Merchandising, and Operations

• Use AutoCAD and other planning tools to create accurate and efficient floor plans

• Analyse sales and space data to inform planning decisions

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and health & safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience in store planning, retail design, or space planning

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar design software)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and project management abilities

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for retail environments

• Flexibility to work occasional shifts to align with our North American business operations
