The role of the Senior Trading Loss Manager is truly cross-functional – you will be right at the centre of the business, leading and driving the Trading Loss agenda. You will have full accountability and an opportunity to shape the future of the business through your trading loss team.
What you'll be doing
Provide Operational process and expertise on trading losses
Lead TL/FS focus on the Regions and coaching/development of LPS team
Influence Regional teams in areas of TL and Ops processes by active participation in Leadership/Regional/Area meetings
Visit stores to conduct Support Control Review assessments and training in large air to support Ops teams
Carry out post-audit response visits at targeted stores
Support the business in developing systems for new formats and franchise businesses where required
- To work with finance and trading on impacting Issues and data
- Delivery of Trading losses KPIs in large outside Heathrow and Gatwick (in-motion included)
- To provide senior Loss Prevention expertise to the field team and Trading losses Specialists, to reduce Shrink, known Losses and improve Ops best practice
What we are looking for
Field management experience preferable
- Food safety level 1-3
- Solid LP knowledge and expertise
In depth Stores Operational knowledge
Financial awareness
People and Influencing skills
