Store Supervisor (Evening & Weekends)

We’re looking for a proactive, people‑focused Store Supervisor to join the team at Shannon Airport.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the daily running of the store. You’ll lead by example, and ensure the team is set up for success.

Customer Focus

  • Supporting and serving customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Knowing your store and your customers, and sharing meaningful feedback to improve the experience.

Drive for Results

  • Understanding daily store targets and influencing ways to achieve them.
  • Reviewing dashboards, receipts and TPC performance to drive improvements.

Accountability

  • Ensuring all daily legal, food safety and due diligence checks are completed.
  • Managing daily cash reviews and operator checks.
  • Raising and tracking issues through the Feedback system, MML or IT.
  • Ensuring the store is always safe, legal and compliant.
