WHSprint - Business Graduate Programme

WHSprint, our 27-month Business Graduate Programme is designed for driven, passionate post-graduates who are looking to fast track their career with a leading global travel retailer. 

Throughout WHSprint you will complete four six-month rotations, across four divisions of our business (Group, High Street, International and Travel) gaining hands-on experience in our core business areas contributing to impactful projects and learning along the way. 

Before your rotations begin, you’ll undergo a comprehensive and immersive induction including a store placement to build a strong foundation in how our business operates. You’ll also benefit from tailored training, mentoring, and ongoing development opportunities to support your growth throughout the programme. 

During your rotations, you will: 

• Gain experience across key functions such as Commercial, Business Development, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, People and Technology. 

• Contribute to key projects and ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard. 

• Analyse data, generate reports and provide insights that enhance business processes. 

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. 

• Participate actively in team discussions, contributing ideas, and proposing solutions to challenges. 

• Stay up to date with industry trends and apply your knowledge to drive innovation.

About You:

• A recent or soon-to-be graduate.

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. 

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

• A genuine interest to work in the Retail industry. 

• Passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement. 

• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges. 

Location:

You can be based in either our London, or Swindon office (3 days per week).  Throughout the programme, you’ll rotate between both locations to gain a broad understanding of our business.
