What does the role look like?

As an experienced Supervisor, you take pride in maintaining excellent store operations and act as a true ambassador for WHSmith.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales and managing costs to support store profitability
  • Motivating and supporting the team to deliver a great experience for every customer
  • Assisting in recruitment, training, and development of team members
  • Coaching, mentoring, and creating a culture of learning, support, and recognition
  • Maintaining high standards in-store and ensuring safe and compliant working practices

What experience do I need?

When you join WHSmith as a Store Supervisor, experience in Retail or Hospitality is an advantage—but just as important is your ability to support and inspire your team!

You are commercially aware and understand that putting customers first is key to success.
