Hear Gemma Ball’s Story

I started working at WHSmith Highstreet in May 2008 as a distributor in Stationery.

Over the years I’ve worked in a number of different teams across stationery, gaining knowledge of the business and the end-to-end supply chain.

While working in the Core stationery team, my son finished his education and I felt that I could now concentrate on myself, my career, and I’m now an assistant merchandiser within the core team.

WHSmith is a great place to work with a friendly atmosphere, I’ve always felt supported and encouraged to succeed.
