I am very thankful for my career with Marshall Retail Group and WHSmith North America. Not only have I been allowed to grow and flourish within my position in the four years I have been on the team, but the partnership between our companies has given me a wonderful and unique opportunity to connect with colleagues across the globe. I have learned so much from my journey here, and I am grateful for the new space this partnership has provided to collaborate, exchange knowledge and learn from our team in the UK.
I advise senior leadership on complex business issues, performance, reward and pay, talent and succession goal planning, and more. My role also involves challenging certain senior stakeholders in their decisions. I act as their critical friend for decisions impacting people from both engagement and well-being perspectives, I also work closely with our talent acquisition partners to ensure we have sufficient diversity representation across all levels."
