There are two things that stand out for me about my career, first is the ability to be my own entrepreneur within a big company given the autonomy to make decisions and feeling empowered. The second is the focus on people and career development.

What I love about working here at WHSmith is the work culture in the office and the nature of the job that I do. It's given me an opportunity be involved in so much new stuff and it's just the nature of the work ethic that we have here is that we're constantly evolving.
