If you’re eligible, we’ll enrol you into a pension scheme automatically unless you’re already a member of another scheme.

The Smithies

The Smithies – our annual awards – are all about our amazing people, recognising outstanding achievements across our Travel, International and High Street Support Centres.

Every year, we invite our people to nominate brilliant teams and people around the business. We announce the shortlist and open up the vote, so our people get to decide who deserves each award most!

We take an afternoon out at our Support Centres in Swindon and London, to take a look back at the best moments of the year and cheer on all our nominees and winners across the 11 award categories.

Our winners don’t just get a round of applause. Each winner receives a trophy from our CEO, champagne and a monetary prize.
