You’ll have regular reviews and catch-ups with your manager so you can hear feedback and ask for help if you need it. It also means your manager can make sure you’re feeling confident and on the right track, too.

- Take action - use your initiative to gain new experiences, learn as you go, and ask for feedback along the way.

We’ve designed our Skillshots initiative to help you boost your skills, how and when it suits you. They’re designed to be ‘snackable’ (you can spend just 10-15 minutes on each) and they’re also super practical and easy to access on Astute - our e-learning platform.
