Hear James Henry’s Story

Joining the graduate programme in 2017 to working at the WHSmith Australia Support Centre. Currently I'm in my 4^th finance role at Smiths. After the graduate role, I became Rent Accountant after that, I moved on to Commercial Finance Analyst, where I really enjoyed understanding more about our customers and their spending habits. After deciding to move to Australia in April 2023, I was happy to be able to continue my WH Smith’s journey in the Sydney Support Office, where I’m now Business Intelligence Analyst.

I’ve always wanted to experience living abroad, and after my sister constantly talked about how good her 3 years spent in Melbourne were, I knew Australia was the place I’d go but, London is a great city and there’s lots of things I miss about it!
