I have been at WHSmith for two years now, and during my time I have been working with a wonderful team of hardworking individuals, who make me look forward to coming into work every day! The leadership team really looks after their people, are always open to feedback and treat everyone fairly. There is also lots of opportunities for progression which I really like.

My role also involves challenging certain senior stakeholders in their decisions. I act as their critical friend for decisions impacting people from both engagement and well-being perspectives, I also work closely with our talent acquisition partners to ensure we have sufficient diversity representation across all levels.
